Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to support enterprise-level IT service management operations. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about process optimization and operational excellence within a public sector or complex organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize existing state-level or enterprise processes
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable process workflows
- Provide documentation and guidance for process enhancements
- May contribute to system requirements documentation to support improved technical solutions
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience evaluating and improving business/IT processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions
- Effective communicator and skilled in facilitating change across teams
Preferred:
- Experience specifying software/system requirements to support redesigned or improved processes
