Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models that drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Skills: Conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt engineering, Data analysis

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI/ML models.
• Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in AI/ML concepts and practices.

Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics. Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Preferred Skills: Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
