Location : Waco, TX | Work Type : On-Site, Full-Time | Pay : $18–$20/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing blueprints, specs, and bid documents to prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates
• Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to gather pricing and lead times
• Assisting project managers in preparing proposals and budgets
• Performing site visits as needed to gather field data or verify scope
• Managing bid schedules and tracking submitted estimates

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of estimating experience in construction or a related field
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and construction documents
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn estimating software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license (required for travel to job sites)
