Job Summary

Be the backstage genius in our culinary production. Netflix House is coming to Dallas! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. The Senior Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in executing unforgettable dishes and mentoring the team.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in culinary leadership
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and production
• Culinary certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with menu execution and event planning
• Manage kitchen stations and prep
• Train and develop line cooks and prep staff
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Lead safety and sanitation compliance
• Maintain food and labor cost controls
• BOH scheduling oversight and payroll compliance
• Lead hiring manager for BOH hourly positions
