Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care to patients in their homes in the San Angelo area.

Our mission is to provide compassionate care wherever you call home. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Doctors supports patients and families through end-of-life with dignity, comfort, and respect.

About the Role:

As a Hospice CNA, you will provide personal care and emotional support to patients while working alongside a compassionate interdisciplinary team. You’ll help ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients during their journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on personal care in patients’ homes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support comfort measures and safety.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Report changes in patient condition to the nurse.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Texas CNA certification.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred (not required).
• Compassionate heart for caring for others.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current auto liability insurance.
• Ability to travel locally.
