Senior Process Analyst - Landmark - 201190

Job Duties
- Under general supervision, accountable for performing tactical activities; and for providing recommendations, feedback and support on changes to the business systems, policies, processes, procedures and training programs for an assigned domain.
- The assigned domains focus on the processes from development to invoice including commercialization of our products and services; business partner management; service/product delivery; and financial reporting activities.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
- Advocate and maintain back-office process standards for Channel and Customer Operations on cross-functional teams
- Manage cross functional team projects including deadlines, process documentation, release schedules to communication and promotion
Qualifications
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business and 4 years of experience in business which includes experience in a quote to cash function, process improvement, training, project management, customer service, and/or business system development or testing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Tools, Reporting and Dashboard tools
- Excellent written and verbal skills for presentation/communication development and delivery
- Ability to collaborate and perform in high-performance teams on multiple projects with deadline driven priorities
