: Name of Employer: Deckers Outdoor Corporation Position Title: Senior Enterprise Developer Position Location: 100% remote position reporting to: 250 Coromar Dr, Goleta, CA 93117 Hours: Full Time / 40 hours Summary of Duties: Design and deliver system solutions to support both new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within IT development across the Global Organization whilst ensuring that they support the overall company goals and IT strategies. Ensure that the business teams responsible for managing the IT development function get the solution support they need to perform their jobs efficiently. Actively participate in projects, workshops and working parties, or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole. Support the global & regional IT development and other teams in ensuring that the operations of the organization are captured, processed and reported appropriately. Deliver projects, enhancements and new systems by working with the Solution Design team, other IT teams and the user community to develop solutions, define technical requirements and develop any necessary technical documentation. Act as the development expert in partnership with other IT teams and internal departments to deliver technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of the region and Global organization. Support the day to day work of the development team by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented. Provide an accurate effort estimation across all development and integrations work. Educate the team to attend conferences/seminars/training to get used and adopt to the niche technology that is available in the market. Act as a single point of escalation for any integration and development. Mentor the group of developers. Motivate the team and train the team to be productive. Provide substantial support to the BSA teams and to the business. Manage vendor resources when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following: Oracle E-Business Suite within an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning solution environment; Wholesale, retail & ecommerce business models; Oracle EBS v12; Integrating on premise systems with SaaS solutions and third party organizations; Oracle Application Implementation Methodology; Oracle Applications functions such as Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Tax, Procurement; and PL/SQL, Forms, Workflow, Reports and SQL. Oracle Application Framework (OAF); Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF); Service-oriented Architecture (SOA); and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). SALARY: $150,000 - $160,000/year The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
