1. Build and Grow a $1M+ Territory
You are responsible for creating lasting customer partnerships and sustainable growth.
2. Generate Consistent New Business
Growth requires activity, discipline, and ownership.
3. Maintain a Strong Pipeline
You control your opportunities by consistently creating them.
Everything else supports these outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
- OTE: $100,000–$110,000+
- Uncapped commission potential
