The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment/Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Dallas office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups.

The Day-To-Day:

As a Labor & Employment/Litigation associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys .

You Have:

• A combination of 2-5 years of labor & employment and commercial litigation experience.

• A collegial, cooperative approach and enjoy working with experienced lawyers, sharing ideas, resources and best practices.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be admitted to the Texas State Bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
