Job Summary

We're seeking a Test Automation Engineer (Contractor) to automate .NET MAUI thick client applications using a proprietary framework, Selenium, Cucumber, and AI-driven testing strategies.

Contract Description

• Automate.NET MAUI thick client applications using a proprietary framework and AI Computer Vision capabilities.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Implement AI-driven test automation strategies to expand test coverage.
• Integrate automation tools with JIRA (X-Ray plugin) for test management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 5 years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Experience Automating desktop application testing
• Minimum 2+ years working with Selenium and Cucumber.
• Minimum 2+ years programming with Java and Python for Test Automation.
• Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automation tools with JIRA X-Ray plugin.
• Familiarity with AI-driven test automation concepts and practices.

Preferences

• Experience with.NET MAUI or .NET Core applications.
• Background or deep knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, Karate).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Certified SDET, or equivalent)
