Digital Delivery Leader
Your impact
As the Digital Delivery Leader, you will play a critical role in advancing digital engineering, BIM, and information management strategies that support project certainty, collaboration, and data driven decision making. You’ll work closely with program leadership, designers, contractors, and technology teams to ensure digital delivery is consistent, compliant, and forward looking across each of our projects within our Water West Central Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage BIM and digital delivery on projects from design through construction.
• Champion the use of data-driven workflows, automation, AI, and digital twin technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and insight.
• Oversee and coordinate consultant and contractor BIM compliance, ensuring deliverables meet Jacobs or client standards as well as contractual requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital delivery and BIM-related matters across assigned projects.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with both our local and global teammates.
• Use of Bentley and Autodesk tools
• Manage and maintain federated models to support coordination, technical reviews, and data utilization.
• Work as a mentor to a high-performing digital delivery team.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coordination of training across BIM, digital engineering, and design automation disciplines.
• Support configuration and adoption of digital collaboration platforms and construction management systems.
• Integrate BIM and digital delivery with GIS, project controls, and other program management systems to enable consistent, high-quality information and reporting.
• Work closely with DDL supervisor on project and staffing needs

Here's what you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of experience with digital delivery concepts, data exchange, BIM technology, work sharing coordination and organization of multi-discipline design content in support of large facility based engineering design efforts.
- Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk Design Applications and BIM tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering design and construction information through BIM and related output, including construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership ability; influences and motivates teams to take on new challenges.
- Experience writing technical content for use within an organization for training, influencing teams, clients or for troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand appropriate project communication at the management level and the client level. Can conduct meeting topics as assigned with professionalism and decorum while effectively getting the topic across
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Understands the goals of the organization and the project and will self-manage to deadlines keeping supervisor and/or design or project managers apprised of progress.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Knowledge of geospatial data management, data analysis and data visualization a plus.
- Experience with the implementation of client specific CAD & Civil BIM standards on projects.
- Experience with Design Content Management including ProjectWise and ACC.
- Experience with front end digital coordination efforts, ensuring all discipline design and production teams are enabled and in compliance with project CAD & BIM requirements.
- Experience with the definition, documentation and implementation of CAD & BIM standards and execution plans.
- Experience managing and maintaining department CAD support and training services.
- Experience with a multi-format CAD & BIM production environments and corresponding interoperability challenges.

The base salary range for this position is $80,900.00 to $154,550.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
