This position is critical to supporting our mission-critical systems and ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance across both on-premise and cloud environments.The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, extensive experience with monitoring and disaster recovery solutions, and a strong foundation in virtualization, cloud services, storage, and preferably high-performance computing (HPC). This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure components.Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient systems in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).Administer and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux systems.Develop and enforce backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.Optimize storage and compute infrastructure for high performance and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application needs and integration projects.Document systems designs, procedures, configurations, and provide knowledge transfer.Proactively monitor systems performance and reliability, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies.Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents with urgency and professionalism.
