Are you a skilled, safety-driven NCCCO Certified Crane Operator who can handle a wide range of lifting operations?

This role includes full responsibility for the mobilization, setup, operation, and demobilization of boom trucks, truck cranes, and all-terrain cranes ranging from 55T to 400T. We’re growing fast and looking for operators with strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced jobsite environments—while keeping safety at the forefront.

Job Responsibilities

Mobilization & Demobilization

  • Mobilize and demobilize boom trucks, truck cranes, and all-terrain cranes (55T–400T) to and from various job sites
  • Ensure cranes are properly secured and transport-ready

Crane Operation

  • Safely operate cranes in accordance with NCCCO standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company safety policies
  • Lift, move, and place heavy materials and equipment as directed by supervisors or project managers
  • Execute lifts accurately using load charts, lift plans, and site conditions

Inspections & Maintenance

  • Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections
  • Identify and report mechanical or safety issues promptly

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times
  • Properly use PPE and follow all jobsite safety procedures

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly with ground crews using hand signals, radios, or other devices
  • Coordinate closely with rigging crews to ensure secure load attachment

Project Execution

  • Meet project schedules without sacrificing safety or quality
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional travel, overtime, and double time
  • Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Required Qualifications

  • Valid and current Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Class A CDL
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or related industries
  • NCCCO certification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging practices, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to perform job duties in various weather conditions

Preferred (Not Required)

  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30
  • Experience and certification across multiple crane classes
