We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand image, maintaining clear messaging across platforms, and supporting team efforts in delivering effective campaigns and presentations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement communication initiatives across departments
Draft internal memos, newsletters, press releases, and other corporate content
Assist in planning and managing company events and public relations efforts
Track communication metrics to assess campaign performance
Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials
Support leadership in preparing presentations and reports
Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
