Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software packages based on client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software packages and document results.
  • Provide troubleshooting and guidance to global customers via email and video calls.
  • Address customer-specific software and OS-related concerns.
  • Maintain precise documentation within ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Freshdesk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage escalations and tackle cross-functional challenges.
  • Independently handle workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhance packaging standards, security protocols, and internal tools.
  • Participate in continuous learning initiatives and share best practices with the team.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software packaging or application deployment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Orca, MSI, ODT, Admin Studio, Wise Script, and PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, AutoIt, Visual Basic, or Batch.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and endpoint configuration.
  • Familiarity with deployment and endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Central, Azure, Ivanti).
  • Experience with OSD processes, drivers, and task sequences.
  • Understanding of third-party patching and update services (WSUS, SUP, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer support skills.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for software packaging and deployment.
  • Experience using version control tools like GitHub (preferred)
