IDD Residential Administrative Coordinator
: This position will be responsible for duties supporting residential services in our IDD programs. This includes both the HCS and ICF residential programs. Duties include the following: scheduling of all direct care residential staff, conducting interviews for new direct care residential staff, train new employees, work order management, vehicle inspections, purchase order management, and fill in as coverage at the LSCs. Knowledge of programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ability to collect and analyze data, to prepare and maintain records, and to communicate effectively. Ability to quickly adapt to change. Ability to work harmoniously, assertively, and professionally with staff at all levels. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and constructive manner. Ability to prepare and maintain records. Ability to assess and problem solve. Ability to work independently and organize/prioritize work. Ability and willingness to physically perform direct care work as needed, including emergency procedures. Education: Bachelor's degree in social behavioral or human services or related field. Experience: Two years' experience in human services, preferably intellectual and developmental disability services
