Realizing their growth is outpacing their current approach to planning, we are searching for the right individual to come in and build a formal Demand Planning / S&OP process. It’s a unique mix of tactical and strategic—rolling up your sleeves to drive the monthly forecast, while also shaping the cross-functional process.

Position Description:

• Design, build and manage a best-in-class demand planning process to enable the company’s rapid growth.
• Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.
• Implement and facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Participate in the financial budgeting process.
• Advise sales and marketing of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.

Background Required:

• Highly energetic individual with at least 7-10 years of finished goods forecasting / demand planning experience.
• Experience working in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• Strong working knowledge of forecasting applications (i.e. SAP APO/IBP, Blue Yonder, Logility, Netstock, John Galt, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Proven track record of success in similar role.
