Bartender - The Yacht Club
Description
Who We Are
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's most dynamic cities. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. That's where you come in.
The Yacht Club is the signature fine dining seafood restaurant at Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection — Austin's newest luxury boutique hotel, opening late 2026 at the corner of Trinity and Fifth Streets in the heart of downtown Austin. As the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in the city center, Hotel Trinity is a 258-room private hideaway located next to Antone's in the historic 6th Street entertainment district. The Yacht Club anchors the hotel's ground floor, offering a refined yet approachable take on coastal cuisine — high-quality fresh seafood and oyster bar experiences complemented by thoughtful steakhouse offerings, seasonal menus, and an elevated wine and beverage program. Designed to be a destination for Austin locals and hotel guests alike, The Yacht Club pairs polished, attentive service with a lively, social energy to create one of the city's most anticipated upscale seafood dining experiences.
We are seeking experienced restaurant bartenders to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club. This is a rare opportunity to open a fine-dining restaurant from the ground up —at one of Austin's most exciting new hospitality concepts. If you have a passion for seafood-forward dining, an eye for front-of-house excellence, and the drive to build something lasting, we want to hear from you.

- Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
