Job Summary:

As the Human Resources Manager for our dynamic telecommunications company, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with_ senior leadership _ and managers and contribute to the_ development and execution of the talent strategy . Your responsibilities will encompass planning, leading, and coordinating HR policies and processes _ to ensure compliance and support organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate seamlessly across functions, securing funds, preparing budgets, and predicting costs and risks.

  • Provide guidance beyond the primary domain, fostering collaboration with external partners and vendors.
  • Contribute to expanding the company's customer base through strategic initiatives.
  • Create organization-wide communications, demonstrating empathetic listening and predictive insight.
  • Craft risk mitigation strategies to ensure the resilience and agility of the HR department.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer and oversee human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, talent development, occupational health and safety, and training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on HR, benefits, and payroll policies and procedures, addressing and resolving queries effectively.
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets.
  • Facilitate HR training, development efforts, and new hire onboarding, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our workforce.
  • Gather and analyze HR data, providing insightful reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to organize employee functions and activities, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Responsible for several research projects and special initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Monitor hierarchy changes and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and modifying policies to maintain adherence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law, and communicate relevant updates to upper management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the utmost confidentiality of customer and company information.

Required & Nice-To-Have Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, SHRM-CP certification, or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred.
  • 5 - 10 years previous HR management experience including employee relations, recruitment, and general benefit administration experience.
  • Previous Paycom HRIS knowledge & functionality preferred.
  • HR experience in the telecommunications industry a plus.

  • Operates autonomously and with infrequent direction or supervision.
  • Meets strict deadlines and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent knowledge of general office practices and business communications
  • Interfaces and communicates with a diverse variety of people such as employees, management & vendors.
  • Above average knowledge of computers and computer software such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creates spreadsheets and presentational formats through all applications.
  • Defines problem(s), defines seriousness of problem(s), collects data, and establishes facts.
  • Maintains positive attitude towards employees, management & vendors.
  • Operates with the highest level of honesty and integrity.
  • Exercises effective time management skills, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen effectively. Employee will be required to sit for long periods of time at a desk and computer terminal and must be able to walk and stand as needed (especially during training sessions). *Accommodations will be provided as necessary to ensure all employees can fulfill their job responsibilities effectively.
  • May be subject to lifting objects no more than ten (10) pounds in weight. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
  • Some travel to other Logix office locations will be required on an “as needed” basis; such travel is not anticipated to exceed two trips per month.
