Speech-Language Pathologist – Pediatric Home Health (Houston, TX)Part-Time or Full-Time | Home Health | Clinical & Supervisory Role

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the Houston area to conduct evaluations/re-evaluations for pediatric patients and supervise a dedicated SLPA . This role offers a rewarding mix of clinical care and mentorship, all within the comfort of in-home settings.
What You’ll Do:- Provide evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric home health patients
- Create and support your own caseload
- Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with families
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA , including observations and documentation as required by Texas licensure rules
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Part-Time: 10- 23 visits per week
- Full-Time: 24+ visits per week
- Flexible scheduling within Houston and surrounding areas (within 20 miles) , including ZIP codes such as 77002, 77008, 77024, 77057, 77401, 77459, 77429 , and more

Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
