Our manufacturing and warehouse teams keep everything moving. Team members support the production, assembly, handling, and shipment of products while maintaining Hilti's high standards for quality, safety and customer service.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, precision, and continuous improvement drive success every day.

What You'll do

• Support production, assembly, and material handling operations.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate tools, equipment, and production machinery.
• Perform inventory, packaging, and shipping-related activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and work orders.
• Basic computer skills required; experience with SAP or Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including decimals and fractions.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks preferred (training/certification provided if needed).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand, walk, bend, or lift throughout the shift.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mechanical assembly, CNC operation, machining, or warehouse logistics.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience with power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, or production equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and support operational needs as required.
