Location: Plano, TX
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (subject to change)
Language Requirement: Korean/English Bilingual (Required)
Position Summary
The Business Operations Support, Sr. Staff will be responsible for supporting business operations through financial reporting, accounting support, billing administration, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with business teams, procurement, accounting, and legal departments to ensure accurate financial processes, timely reporting, and effective client support.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage sales and financial data, including monthly updates and revisions.
- Support division leadership by delivering accurate and timely business reports.
- Prepare accounting records and financial statements.
- Accurately prepare and process month-end accruals.
- Generate monthly reports on account status, discrepancies, and aging.
Accounts Receivable & Billing
- Oversee daily accounts receivable operations and ensure timely billing and collections.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Generate invoices that are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate billing schedules and timelines according to contract requirements and client expectations.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue while tracking contract performance and financial results.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner closely with business teams, procurement, accounting, and legal departments to support operational and financial activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support across a wide range of business functions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency required.
- Ability to travel up to 5% domestically within the United States.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and perform under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay rate of $30.00 per hour
