Lead Getter and Lead Generation
At **AgencyCRM,** we connect businesses with certified professionals worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive **Lead Generation Specialist** who can help identify, attract, and qualify potential clients to support our growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Research and identify potential leads through social media, databases, and other channels.
* Engage with prospects via email, calls, or direct messaging.
* Qualify leads based on interest, needs, and fit for services.
* Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handoff.
* Use CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
* Stay updated on industry trends and lead-generation strategies.
**Requirements**
* No experience required; training will be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
