Salary: $95K–$110K base (depending on experience), plus Year-end bonus

Relocation considered for the right person

Gas card if travel is required

This is not a remote role — it’s a hands-on PM position

The Work 

• Commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
• Downtown Austin high-rise work , schools, and public/private projects
• Complex scopes — metal panels, wall cladding, modular systems
• About 80% office / 20% field
  (you’ll be on jobs when it matters, not babysitting a clipboard)
• Solid field superintendents already in place

You’ll step into a healthy backlog and be trusted to do your job.
