##Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

- Perform full-cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger entries, and reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors

- Provide support during audits and assist with the implementation of internal controls

- Stay updated on technical accounting standards and best practices

##Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures

- Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks

- Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $56,083.00 - $59,345.00 per year
