Your role in our mission

• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
• Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.
• Configure technical system settings, ensuring client/project deadlines are met.
• Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed
• Triage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid Operations and healthcare technical triage
• 9+ years in IT implementation, support, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong skills in SQL , familiarity with .NET frameworks , and basic networking concepts
• Experience with UX support and batch monitoring in production environments
• Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow , Jira , Postman , SSMS , and Visual Studio
• Proven leadership in system integration and support environments

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
