Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial cooling units in a busy Manufacturing facility in Tyler, TX. Pay based on experience and skill level $20-28/hr.

Manufacturing HVAC Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Install compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, piping, and related components
• Perform leak testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Use gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools to verify system performance
• Document test results and production data accurately
• Follow all safety, quality, and EPA compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues

Manufacturing HVAC Technician Qualifications:

• HVAC technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
• EPA 608 Certification preferred (Universal a plus)
• Experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical components
• Ability to braze and work with copper tubing
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and control wiring
