Digital Product Specialist - Denton
- Manage and deliver small to mid-sized technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct business process discovery and create clear As-Is / To-Be documentation.
- Write detailed user stories and requirements to guide development and integration work.
- Map and optimize data flows, including API integrations and middleware/data lake concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and support teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Use tools like Jira, Miro, and Visio to manage workflows and visualize processes.
- Support system enhancements and integrations for HR, CRM, or nursery management platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in ambiguous or evolving situations.
- Hands-on experience managing small to mid-sized technology projects.
- Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and documentation.
- Good understanding of data flows, API integrations, and middleware/data lake concepts.
- Proven stakeholder management experience across diverse teams.
- Confident using collaboration and visualization tools (Jira, Miro, Visio, or similar).
- Exposure to HR, CRM, or nursery management systems is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
