Salary: $200,000 - $325,000 per year A bit about us: Jobot's client is looking for a VP of operations to oversee a group of offices throughout the Midwest and west coast. At our core we're an engineering organization, and to be successful in this job, you will need to have direct engineering experience, either as a leader or practitioner. Experience managing a large territory of directors who, in turn, lead field managers. Think Engineering, safety, and sales. 3. Ability to manage a P&L of over $100m 4.
