Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within the plant.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team and independently to complete planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems throughout the plant.
• Document maintenance activities using the Emaint CMMS system.
• Maintain production equipment in safe and optimal operating condition, including performing both mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as required.
• Perform machine installations and modifications as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment.
• Install electrical equipment and repair or replace wiring and fixtures.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Investigate malfunctions of electrical components such as starters, relays, switches, and photo-electrics.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience with PLCs and motor drive controls.
• Ability to perform both electrical and mechanical repairs effectively.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including working with 3-phase systems.
• Experience with pneumatics and conveyor systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled environment, dealing with temperatures consistent with outdoor conditions and hot machinery. The role requires standing and walking on concrete surfaces for the entire shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Terrell, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49000.00 - $69700.00/yr.
