Superintendent
We are seeking a self-motivated and articulate Construction Superintendent to join our team for a project with a mid-August start date. This is a customer-facing, permanent role focused on general construction, including remodels, tenant finish-outs, hospital projects, data centers, and aerospace facilities. Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of field experience as a Superintendent, specifically in hospital or technical environments.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Building Connect/MEP drawings.
- Compliance & Security:
- Must possess or be eligible for a Level 2 security clearance.
- Clean background within the last 7-8 years.
- Professional appearance: Customer-facing role. Tattoos are acceptable, provided they are not prominently displayed (no facial tattoos).
- Soft Skills: Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, and capable of managing high-stress situations with professionalism.
