What You’ll Do:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the closer — the trusted consultant who helps businesses find the right security solutions.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field, meeting clients, identifying their needs, and presenting innovative solutions that deliver value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships and generating leads with new and existing clients
• Presenting customized product and service solutions
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Representing Joe East Enterprises with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• A willingness to learn and grow in the locksmith and security industry
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but we’re happy to train motivated candidates)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• ​​​​​​​ Flexibility to meet customer needs, including some evenings

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40,000 base salary + commission
