Job Summary

We are looking for a dual-threat Bar Manager and Floor Lead to anchor our nightly operations. You will be the primary resource for our staff during high-pressure performances and the strategic mind behind our inventory and ordering. This isn t just a "behind the scenes" role you are the heartbeat of the room while the lights are down and the jokes are flying.

• Inventory & Procurement: Lead all ordering for spirits, beer, wine, and bar supplies. Maintain lean, organized inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure we never run out of the essentials during a sold-out weekend.
  

• Performance Shift Lead: Act as the "go-to" resource for floor staff, servers, and bartenders during live shows. You ll troubleshoot guest issues, manage seating flows, and ensure service remains whisper-quiet but lightning-fast.
  

• Team Leadership: Train and mentor bar staff on speed, efficiency, and craft. You ll set the tone for the "Sunset Strip" hospitality standard.
  

• Financial Accountability: Oversee nightly cash handling, drawer reconciliations, and beverage cost-control measures.
  

• Atmosphere Management: Work closely with the production/talent team to ensure the transition between sets is seamless and the guest experience is top-tier from the first drink to the final curtain.
  

• 2+ Years Experience: Previous management experience in a high-volume bar or entertainment venue (Comedy Club, Music Venue, or Theater experience is a major plus).
  

• The "Cool Head" Factor: Ability to lead a team through the "rush" of a 200-person turnover between shows without breaking a sweat.
  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
  

• Availability: Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays when the best comedy happens.
  

• Certifications: Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications.
