Real Estate Brokerage - Vice President of Development and Growth
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive recruitment, coaching, and growth within our real estate brokerage. This role focuses on attracting top talent, developing leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top-producing agents.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and outreach.
- Create tailored transition proposals and achieve recruitment targets.
Leadership:
- Inspire agents and staff by championing the brokerage’s vision and values.
- Coach leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned with market trends and goals.
Coaching and Development:
Design and implement coaching programs for sales and leadership skills.
Conduct one-on-one coaching with top producers and emerging leaders.
Promote continuous learning through training sessions and workshops.
Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share.
Lead key business initiatives and ensure technology adoption.
Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate recruitment, coaching, and leadership.
Strong track record in talent acquisition and driving growth.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in leveraging technology and data for strategic decisions.
