Manifest Compliance Coordinator
Essential Functions & Requirements:
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
- Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
- Shipping and receiving drum and bulk waste.
- Ensures incoming manifest completion is accurate
- Print barcode and DOT labels for incoming drums and bulk
- Create stop tickets for all internal waste in MMS
- Schedule loads for drum and bulk incoming waste
- Handle customer problems/questions pertaining to manifests
- Mail copies of manifest to appropriate locations
- Create manifests & stop tickets to ship ash loads external - enter in MMS
- Create manifests & stop tickets to ship wastewater loads internal - enter in MMS
- Ensure manifest discrepancies are filed with manifests
- Ensure manifest discrepancies are resolved in timely manner
- Handles customer inquiries and questions regarding company services, cost of services, and proper completion of required paperwork.
- Order operating supplies for Maintenance and Production
- Submit new vendor request to supply chain
- Receive invoices and enter in People Soft, scan invoices to AP
- Handles customer questions regarding invoice payment status
- Report month end totals (pipeline waste, tank levels, carbon sacks)
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent (required)
Experience:
- One year of previous experience in an office setting (required)
Competencies:
- Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, specifically MS Word and Excel.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Job Safety.
- Ability to perform field walks and access work locations.
- Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 20lbs.
- Climb ladders and stairs, reach, drive a golf cart to and from field locations.
