Lead Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community! The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
- Perform maintenance on appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Support and motivate the maintenance team
- Maintain great curb appeal and customer service
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of property maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA certification required
- Strong plumbing and electrical skills
- Boiler experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license & insurance
