Join our Rooms Team as a Front Desk Associate at Hyatt Regency DFW , conveniently located across from Terminal C at DFW International Airport . Our hotel features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of flexible event space , offering a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Associate , you’ll play a highly visible role and have a direct impact on the guest experience. This position offers frequent opportunities for meaningful, casual conversation while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the guest registration and check-out process
- Communicating hotel services, amenities, and promotions
- Processing forms of payment accurately and efficiently
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Creating a welcoming first and last impression for every guest
You are the face of Hyatt - setting the tone for each guest’s stay as a Front Office Host .
Schedule
This is a full-time position . Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as required in a hotel environment.
- Scheduled hours may vary and generally range between 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM
- Shifts are based on business needs and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
