Insurance Agent

An established and growing Agency in Dallas is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated professional with a Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License who enjoys building relationships and helping clients protect what matters most.

This role focuses on selling and servicing personal lines insurance policies , providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow the agency’s client base. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and knowledgeable about personal lines insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and service personal lines insurance policies including auto, home, and related coverages

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on policy renewals and service requests

• Support agency growth through cross-selling and referrals

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

• Previous experience selling or servicing insurance policies preferred

• Willingness to obtain a Texas Life & Health License

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

• Ability to work in a professional in-office environment

Work Environment

• On-site position in Dallas, TX

• Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
