Loaner Vehicle Coordinator - Subaru of Georgetown

Loaner Vehicle Coordinator possesses excellent guest service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Our team members are service-oriented, guest-centered, and focused on safety. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage the loaner car fleet by:

  • Staging loaners on service drive
  • Checking vehicles in and out
  • Conducting thorough inspections of loaner vehicles.
  • Take notes on vehicles condition, mileage, and damage before and after customer use
  • Track vehicle maintenance
  • Fuel, charge and clean
  • Loaner agreements: Guest vin & RO numbers, Verify advisors
  • Inventory loaner fleet night
  • Process customer information to verify they are eligible for a loaner
  • Add and remove loaners in a timely matter
  • Assist guests: Answer questions,Picking up their cars, Cashing out, Signing RO’s, Closing RO’s
  • Valet services: Schedule, Pick up or deliver guest and loaner cars
  • Coordinate & monitor: Sales request - drop offs, pick up and drive by’s and Management request
  • Conduct test and final drives
  • Fuel guest car with fuel
  • Assist valet team to maintain the service drive
  • Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Guest service experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
  • This is a full-time position
  • Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
