Data Entry Accounting Specialist

Summary:

Synergy Windows and Doors LLC is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! This position will be responsible for entering data into our proprietary software system and updating customer information. The position will also perform general office duties including filing, answering phones, and assisting other team members.

Essential Job Functions:

• Data entry of customer information into proprietary database
• Update customer information with new promotions, events, or product changes
• Perform general office duties including filing, answering phones, and assisting other team members
• Perform data entry of company information into proprietary database
• Update customer information with new promotions, events, or product changes
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and assisting other team members
• Process credit card payments using our POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and internal team members
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills: ·High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred·Strong verbal communication skills, basic math skills, and computer skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.·Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.·Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments working together.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
