Marketing / Business Development Person
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Marketing / Business Development professional to help grow our presence in the U.S. live events industry. In this role, you’ll promote nationwide labor support services and build strong relationships with live event production companies, AV providers, venues, and meeting planners. This is a great fit for someone who’s proactive, CRM-savvy, and comfortable managing long, relationship-based sales cycles.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify leads using our databases and prospecting tools.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
- Manage all activity in Salesforce or approved CRM tools.
- Execute structured follow-ups at 3-, 6-, and 12-month intervals.
- Build long-term client relationships, including multi-city or national opportunities.
- Coordinate handoff of secured business to Operations and Workforce teams.
- Support email campaigns, social updates, and database maintenance.
- Participate in weekly Sales and Labor meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Business development or sales experience in live events, AV, or production.
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Confidence in outbound prospecting and long sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
