Snelling Staffing is urgently hiring multiple reliable and committed individuals for full-time positions supporting a digital asset mining operation in Moore, TX. These are immediate start opportunities in a hands-on, outdoor role involving physical labor, light technical work, and equipment maintenance.

No experience necessary — full training provided. General labor experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for dependable workers who will show up, follow instructions, and commit to doing the job right.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (approximate)
• Location: Moore, TX 78057
• Weekly pay via pay card or direct deposit
• Immediate start – multiple positions available

CRYPTO MINING TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

• Install and set up crypto mining equipment (training provided)
• Replace fans, power supplies, and other hardware components
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
• Use software systems to adjust machine settings (we’ll teach you!)
• Assist with inventory tracking, equipment handling, and shipping/receiving
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Follow all safety rules and complete tasks as assigned

CRYPTO MINING TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation – no public transit available
• Must wear electric-rated steel toe boots
• Must be physically able to lift 40 lbs and perform manual labor (bending, squatting, standing)
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot, noisy environments
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be dependable and committed — attendance and follow-through are essential
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
