Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Key responsibilities:

• Safely handle flatbed tractor-trailer operations, including load securement, tarping, and cargo protection.
• Complete comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance reporting.
• Maintain compliant ELD/log records, observe HOS limits, and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Pay & Ownership: Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own available within one year on late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner trucks.
