We are hiring Yard Associates / Forklift Operators for two locations in the North Dallas area: McKinney and Frisco . These are long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities for dependable candidates who are looking to build a career and grow with an established organization.

Forklift experience is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, yard, or industrial experience and be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trucks.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Stock and organize materials throughout the warehouse and outdoor yard.
• Receive incoming materials and properly put away inventory.
• Rotate and move yard stock using a forklift.
• Complete work orders and receiving documentation accurately.
• Package and prepare products for outgoing shipments.
• Assist production and fabrication teams when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
• Provide professional customer service when assisting with orders and pickups.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating requirements.

Requirements

• Forklift experience REQUIRED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, yard, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable loading and unloading trucks with a forklift .
• Previous order pulling, material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work inside the warehouse and outside in the yard in all weather conditions .
• Ability to accurately complete work orders and receiving documents.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Pay & Locations

McKinney, TX 75069: $19.00/hour
Frisco, TX 75033: $18.00/hour

Candidates may be considered for the location that provides the best commute.
