We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Café Manager to oversee a high-volume café within a corporate dining environment in Westlake, TX . The Café Manager will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, supervising team members, and supporting financial and operational goals. This role plays a key part in upholding brand standards, delivering exceptional hospitality, and driving the success of the dining operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, supervise, and coach café associates to achieve operational goals.
• Plan, market, and execute special events and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and manage financials, including budgeting, labor, and inventory controls.
• Maintain day-to-day café operations to meet quality, safety, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement business improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of dining operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in foodservice operations, such as corporate dining, hospitality, healthcare, military, or education.
• Operational knowledge of food service equipment and cash handling procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to work varying hours Monday through Friday as business needs dictate.
