Job Description:
The Senior Tableau Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that enhance operational visibility and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, SQL, and business intelligence reporting, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing visualizations and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
Create interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reporting solutions.
Develop efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Design and maintain Tableau data models and data sources.
Integrate and validate data from multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses.
Optimize Tableau dashboard performance and improve report efficiency.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
Troubleshoot dashboard, reporting, and data integration issues.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and reporting standards.
Provide knowledge transfer and end-user support.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, developers, and technical teams.
Support ongoing business intelligence enhancements and reporting initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data visualization best practices.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of reporting solutions.
Support workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain reporting standards and governance practices.
Provide production support for enterprise Tableau environments.
Participate in after-hours support activities as needed.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.
Minimum 8 years of Tableau Desktop experience.
Minimum 8 years of Tableau Server/Cloud experience.
Expertise in:
Dashboard Design
Data Modeling
Tableau Calculations
Performance Optimization
Minimum 8 years of SQL development experience.
Experience working with relational databases.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience integrating and validating data from multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Certifications:
Tableau Certified Data Analyst (Preferred)
Tableau Desktop Specialist (Preferred)
Tableau Certified Professional (Preferred)
Microsoft SQL Certifications (Preferred)
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Occasional after-hours support as required
