Anytime Fitness Regional Fitness Director

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Fitness Director (RFD) to lead, inspire, and drive performance across multiple markets. This role isn’t about checking boxes. - Ensure every club in your region achieves company financial goals, focusing on the key levers:
- FC Booking: 70%
- Show Rate: 60%
- Closing: 30%+
- Attrition: Under 6%
- Conduct monthly business reviews with Personal Training Area Managers (PTAMs) to analyze KPIs and create action plans.
- Drive urgency and accountability by making metrics visible and meaningful to teams.
- Ensure every market has strong PTAM and PTM coverage, using split-club models to maximize growth and efficiency.
- Recruit constantly and treat talent like a pipeline — interviewing, building a bench, and developing succession plans at all levels.
- Develop leaders through weekly 1:1s, clear goals, and consistent coaching.
- Deliver sharp, consistent, and aligned messaging — every time.
- Eliminate confusion by digging into unclear areas until alignment is reached, then cascade with clarity and repetition.
- Hold PTAMs accountable for replicating this same precision with their PTMs.
- Show up with belief, energy, and visibility.
- Recognize wins, coach into gaps, and lead from the front.
- Be present in your clubs 3–5 days per week, modeling what great looks like on the floor.
- Anchor every conversation in data.
- Ensure all PTAMs and PTMs know their numbers — and have a plan to move them.
- Document weekly 1:1s with PTAMs, ensuring alignment all the way down to the PTM and PT level.
- Connect with your RVP at least twice a week — one call to align, one to assess.
- When leadership is aligned, execution speeds up and results accelerate.

- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership responsibility in fitness, sales, or high-revenue personal training businesses.
- Proven experience leading and scaling fitness teams, with Anytime Fitness experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of fitness industry trends, programs, and equipment.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to align large teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to tie strategy to measurable results.
- A passion for fitness, leadership, and developing people.
- Travel required 50–75% of the time by car or plane to visit clubs and meet with leaders.
- Hybrid/remote when not in clubs.
- Full-time role with flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays, to best support the business.
- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Performance-based incentive compensation (uncapped).
