ELEHEAR is seeking experienced, licensed Audiologists to join its fully remote care team. This role is ideal for Audiologists with previous telehealth or tele-audiology experience who enjoy blending clinical expertise with technology to deliver a modern, customer-centered hearing care experience.
You will support patients remotely through hearing aid programming, education, and troubleshooting while collaborating cross-functionally with customer support, product, marketing, and development teams.
This is an opportunity to practice audiology in a fully remote setting while working at the forefront of the rapidly evolving OTC hearing aid space. You'll play a direct role in expanding access to hearing care, while helping shape how technology and clinical support come together to improve patient outcomes at scale.
As ELEHEAR continues to grow nationwide, they're especially interested in Audiologists who hold active licenses in multiple states. Preference will be given to candidates licensed in one or more of the following states: Texas, California, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
- Provide remote patient support via phone, email, and SMS
- Perform asynchronous hearing aid programming and adjustments
- Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot device performance and connectivity issues
- Assist patients with Bluetooth pairing and use of the ELEHEAR mobile app
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions
- Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience and product performance
- Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience across a wide range of technical comfort levels and age groups
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalentDoctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent
- Active Audiologist license in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Audiologist
- Previous telehealth or tele-audiology experience required
- Multi-state audiology licensure, with preference given to candidates licensed in Texas, California, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, and Massachusetts
- Familiarity with Aircall, Zendesk, WhatsApp, Calendly, or Google Drive
- Comfortable participating in occasional media opportunities or contributing to educational content as a clinical spokesperson
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
