Responsibilities:

• Utilizing engineer provided drawings and specifications along with the included route sheet to determine production requirements.
• Ensure assembly components are processed at the correct quantities.
• Ensure components dimensions meet engineer provided drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all production processes have been completed as required.
• Ensure marking/labeling is complete and accurate as required.
• Ensure calibration of necessary equipment is up to date. Issue recall notification to management if needed.
• Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
• Performs internal quality assurance audits throughout production floor.
• Performs general inspection and maintenance of audit records.
• Inspects units, components, and subcomponents prior to shipment and incoming.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years inspection experience
• Able to read blueprints and verify dimensional data using various inspection equipment such as calipers, go/no gauges, tape measures, etc.
