Robert Sanders Agency is a growing Farmers Insurance agency serving Texas, built on hard work, real relationships, and a genuine love for this state. We're looking for Sales Producers who wants to build a career, not just clock in for a job. Someone competitive enough to hit goals and caring enough to actually look out for the person on the other end of the call. You'll quote and write home, auto, and life insurance for new and existing clients, work leads through our CRM, and help us keep growing as a trusted name in the neighborhood. Yearly salary based on production with great opportunities of higher pay.

Hands on Training
Responsibilities- Quote and write new home, auto, and life insurance policies for prospective clients
- Work inbound leads and referrals through our CRM (AgencyZoom) using established call, text, and email follow-up sequences
- Build genuine relationships with clients, this is a relationship business, not a one-and-done transaction
- Cross-sell and round out existing accounts so clients are properly protected
- Represent the agency at community events, booths, and local sponsorships
- Hit monthly production goals while keeping client satisfaction and retention front and center
- Pitch in on agency marketing campaigns and growth initiatives alongside the team
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred; insurance experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- A warm, genuine phone presence and the ability to build trust fast
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, goals-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills able to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups at once
- Desire to grow with a local, independent-minded team not just punch a clock
